Hello, all. I'm a novice to all this, but my involvement is a 240 gal mixed reef, so fish food is important. In shopping for food, I have looked closely at % protein but never paid attention to % fat, so I appreciate that tip, Randy. However, I've always shied away from food containing flour, gluten, corn, or other 'land grown' foods. In doing so, my only choice is to examine the ingredients and look for the food with these products listed later in the ingredients. Anyone else do this?
